We’ve had the same about the BA2010 on 31/08... happy that they’ve changed it to the 8.40pm flight because I was actually going to pay to change it to the BA208 which is the flight we have got a few times and suits us much better, will be in the house by lunchtime for my dads 70th birthday! It’s a result for us!

Next summers flights are now being firmed up so there will be some more schedule changes over the next few weeks/months. Happens every year.

Had same message too but couldn’t get 4 seats together on that flight so on the 17:00 flight instead. Just hoping outbound flight doesn’t get changed

They’ve changed our Edinburgh flight to an earlier one without me having to phone, and knocked 40 quid of the total price.

Another email from BA now going 15 mins earlier than the previous change, which was 3 hrs earlier than when booked. Hoping this will be the last as we will need to book a hotel the night before at this rate!

I phoned last week and asked if I could fly into MCO instead of Miami, and they changed it all free of charge. I’m over the moon. Was a grand more expensive than Miami when I booked.

Edinburgh-Heathrow-Miami was our original route. We were on the 16.40 flight from Heathrow which they seem to have cancelled and put us on an earlier flight, so I chanced it and asked if they could change our flights to MCO and they agreed as we had a significant change.

Good stuff. Can you fly to mco from Heathrow? Or are you flying from Gatwick now?
I’m currently Newcastle-Heathrow-Miami but I live half way between Newcastle and Edinburgh so either is good for me. I definitely consider changing if I could as I’ve only paid a deposit up to now. |
