Amazing pictures

Hi just wanted to give information to people like myself who bought an advanced photo package for universal. Our florida holiday has been cancelled so contacted Amazing pictures and were told that the package does not expire and can be used in the future or they could offer refund. We have chosen to hang on to ours as it was a very good deal and as it has no expiry date we will be able to use it when we deside to go back. Hope this info helps someone.

Thanks, we didn’t quite get that response. We were told that, if we didn’t manage to get there this year, they would look at packages that would cover our 2021 holiday dates. We already used our package in Feb so I’m guessing you bought yours without activating yet?

We've got one, for this October, which is cancelled. I emailed them yesterday asking what happens with it but not had a response yet.

Ours is just a 5 day package not a year one so it hasn't been activated.

photo packages do not expire (many times user here)

As long as you bought it standalone (on the presale page), and didn't activate it, it will remain valid, and will only start when you exchange your email voucher for the card at a photo shop inside the parks.

if it's part (add on) of a holiday package then it might be a different story though

I seemed to remember they don't have an expiration date, had a package back in 2015, skipped 2018, but I couldn't find it written down anywhere this time.

Just to confirm, again, that the packages don't expire. Amazing Pictures have confirmed it categorically.
