"Credit Card" Surcharge..
I am not sure if it matters over the phone direct or on the web site but looking the web has a £9 "Credit Card Surcharge". If I use a debit card i dont really see anything that is not going to charge me the £9. Does it just mean card surcharge then?
Also if I phone DLP direct - which I would prefer to do so I just pay a deposit - will I get charged this twice - once with the deposit and with the balance? |

We booked over the phone (using the direct dlp number that can be found in the useful contacts sticky) and were charged the £9 for using a credit card. We were told it was a one-off charge. We will not have to pay a further £9 when we settle the balance.
Not certain, but i think it applies to most cards, whether credit or debit. Not sure if maestro is included in that..? I think the only way to avoid the charge is to pay by cheque or money transfer. G. |

Its a pain I agree but its a one-off payment as already stated, this includes debit and credit cards If you pay using a Maestro card though there is no charge. Makes no difference if you book on-line or over the phone.
