Help with Fast Passes - 60d not showing on MDE

Hi,
Trying to book some FS for our stay in January and the 60d window was supposed to open this morning. We have a 1 night stay booked in AoA. I've booked tickets and linked them. When I go onto MDE the button to book has become available but when I go in its only going as far as 30d ie end of Dec not end of Jan. Any suggestions of what to try please rather than waiting to ring?

I think booking opens at 7.00am EST but 12.00 noon in the UK.

it is open in that the button is active and I can click through (it wasn't yesterday so has changed overnight) but calendar is only displayed to end of dec

Have you tried the website as opposed to MDE?
If not working I would ring Disney and get them to book the FP for you.

The window does not open until midday.

Hopefully the 60 day window should’ve opened now as it’s past midday.

Before midday you’ll only be able to see 30 days ahead.

(BTW it’s different for those who have booked a package. For those, they don’t get the 30 day window before midday. Instead they get an unhelpful error message about linking tickets. But at 12pm the 60 day window opens up).
