Disney Express Luggage Service

I am thinking of adding on the baggage service (Eurostar to Disney hotel and back) to our booking and am looking for some information on how this works regarding room check in. We are staying at the Cheyenne in August.

Before we have always gone straight to the hotels to check in and (as usually arriving in the afternoon) go check out our room. If we do the baggage service I understand that you do the check in paperwork and get your magic passes etc on the train - does this mean that you already have a room allocated and you don't need to go to the reception to check in? Do they tell you what room you are in? What block etc?

Probably really fussy but we have had some not so great rooms before e.g. block 10 at Cheyenne (noise from New York convention centre all night long!). If I know roughly where I am I will be happy going into parks and not worrying about the room, if we still have to check in later, and only get our allocation information then, I would probably prefer to just do that right away.

It's generally easier to switch rooms if there are any issues in the afternoon than late at night...?
