Just been reading on FB that there are teething problems with the food too. Long waits breakfast & dinner!
Let’s hope it is just teething problems. Hopefully just the first couple of days while the staff get used to the new food set up.

Oh dear, that's not good, but hopefully it will settle down. I'm not 100% sure about, what looks like, a single ordering/payment point at a resort the size of CBR. It works fine at SSR, but the Artists Palette is tiny in comparison to Centertown, and with SSR being a DVC resort you don't get the same volume of people eating at the food court either.

What FB page do you look at Cha Cha?

It’s just the CBR Facebook site. A couple of posts on there from people waiting for long lengths of time.
I did wonder about whether this new system would work. I can understand why they’ve done it and I hope things do get better, but I think they will get lots of complaints if things don’t improve.

I belong to a closed CBR group called Caribbean Beach Resort - a magical place. Just been reading some of the comments on there and can see that there are lots of people not happy about the lack of lunch options. So much so that they're thinking of changing of booking different resorts!

Also seen some comments about the slow service too, and meals coming out at very different times such as 15 minutes for one part of an order and 50 minutes for another part of their order 40 minute waits at 9pm too! Some have had their QS credits refunded due to the problems. Hopefully it's just teething problems and it will improve🤞

Oh wow! I read something on another forum - might have been the Dis, a couple of posts from people that were thinking of moving resorts too.

Will be interesting to hear food court reviews over the next few weeks to see if things do improve.

Another thing that surprised me was how small the grab & go room seems to be, bet you can’t get more than 20 people in there at a time.

Such a shame, the foyer/lobby looks gorgeous, the food court looks lovely too, but they don’t seem to have thought the whole QS dining through properly.

Keeping my fingers crossed that it’ll get better.

I can't post a link but passport to the parks has posted a night time tour of centre town on youtube. I've just started watching and it looks really nice all lit up at night!
