MDE Magic Band

I'm trying to choose our magic bands for our trip in January but when I click the link on My Disney Experience it takes me to a page that says 'Http 500 error. The site cannot display this page'. Anyone else having this or does anyone know how to fix it?

I’ve just tried and I’m ok but has anyone had luck ordering the special design magic bands that cost from $10. When I get to checkout it always says the band is now out of stock - had this problem for 3 weeks

Yes, I had the Donald Duck one for my trip last month. I had no trouble ordering it and it was waiting for me when I arrived at Beach Club. The cm at the front desk complimented me on it when I checked in

I've had no luck at all, compounded by the fact that I've been trying to order 5. I can't seem to find all 5 available at the same time, and you have to order them together, which makes it that much harder. I've had luck finding the odd one or two, but think it's much harder if you need to order quite a few. I gave up in the end and ordered wraps from Magic My Band.

I had been trying for months and just kept getting error messages. I eventually called Disney and... they rectified that problem but just replaced it with a different one.
I can choose a magic band from the on-screen selection but either it says that they are out of stock or on the rare occasion that I manage to complete my selection and proceed to payment, I'm told that my order can't be completed.
I have tried to call them a few times in the past few days but am advised that the wait time for an answer is in excess of 30 minutes so I just haven't had time to hold on. The Disney systems were never this bad in the lead up to our last visit 3 years ago.

Unfortunately, that's normal for this system I gave up in the end as they were constantly going out of stock just after I'd chosen it or getting to check out. I've ordered skins from Magic My Band now as I got fed up of checking multiple times a day with no luck at all.

So, i've just been on the phone waiting for 40 mins. They are unable to help, CM just told me to keep checking, it keeps restocking throughout the day. I'm currently going from 5 available to 3 at checkout, and now down to 2 in stock for selection, they won't lock the order for the 2 that are in stock, and apparently everyone is in the same position. Did you do anything special to get yours sorted? I'm on 19 days to go before our order window closes.

I managed to order ours on the very first morning they started offering the upgraded bands. They turned up at the hotel, even though we changed resorts since ordering. Did not do anything special, just ordered.

However we then booked a second stay and I tried several times a day for months. The “availability” varied all the time but once I got to the checkout stage nothing was ever in stock. I gave up and just picked colours.
