Disney Platinum pass blackout dates
HELP!
My daughter bought an annual pass in June for Disney and it was a platinum pass so she could also use this Christmas as it had no blackout dates. The app says she can use her pass but the Disney website shows she can’t. Not sure if it has black out dates or not now! She’s been able to book fast passes etc - will she be ok or do we need to buy new tickets for our trip from 23rd Dec? I’m in a major panic now. Jules

It must be some weird link - she tweeted them and they said she was fine and sent her the correct weblink link that shows she’s fine however the link I have found on google to Disney website brings up she can’t use but on further examination it shows the whole year blocked out! Must be a dodgy page!

The Platinum Passes don't have any blackout dates. See here:
disneyworld.disney.go/en...pass/purchase/ There are other annual passes that do have blackout dates though (eg. the Gold Pass and Florida Resident passes). Also, the Platinum Pass can only be used in the 4 main parks and not the waterparks. Just for interest sake, can you post the "weird link" showing the block outs?
