Which is better the San Angel or la Hacienda?
As title says! And also which one looks over the water ride, I think it’s the grand fiesta? Last time we went my husband said he ate there with his parents when younger, and I’m trying to see if I’ve booked the right one 🤔

San Angel overlooks the water ride. Lovely setting, awful food sadly.
Hacienda is lovely though. Fab food and service and you can try and get a window seat to watch the fireworks from

Keep the memories fond...go to Hacienda.
Have a look at the reviews for San Angel and show them to hubby.. Gran Fiesta 3 caballeros is a fab little ride though

I was thinking of La Hacienda but DH has always liked the look of San Angel Inn when we go in the Mexico pavilion, I agree it does look nice. We have therefore decided to do that one as he doesn’t express a preference very often so I like to do the ones he suggests. I will be there and reviewing it in my dining report in about three months.
It has always seemed to me that La Hacienda is reviewed more favourably too, however I don’t think San Angel does too badly, it is 388 out of 2,990 restaurants on tripadvisor which wouldn’t worry me too much and is on a par with many Disney restaurants. |
