Sitting here thinking meals will be inventive.

Anyone have ANY lovely recipes to maximise food and use up items so there’s no or little waste.

I am not a very good cook at all. But we have some beautiful meals through the Simply Cook company. They send you herb/spice kits, along with a recipe card. You just then add your own meat/veg. I sometimes deviate from the recipient to utilise what I have in the fridge.

I have a code for a £1 trial box if you are interested. You could then just cancel the subscription. I did this, however when I cancelled they called and offered me a very good reduction. I now have just one kit per month so not too costly and we use the kits in our Saturday to replace our Saturday evening takeaway.
