Strong bread flour

I made a loaf last week with just plain flour it was lovely. Just a standard white loaf recipe but I used plain flour.

I am looking for bread flour and packet yeast... Asda have sold out of both online. I am craving some cinnamon buns lol

You can use plain flour for cinnamon buns I made some last week and used sallysbakingaddiction.com easy cinnamon rolls recipe. They were gorgeous xx will post some pics

A visit to a local bakers got me bread flour, both strong white and wholemeal. No problems whatsoever. It seemed that they were used to supplying it. It came in plastic bags, not the usual supermarket packaging. I am currently on day 5 of a sourdough starter. As I have an intolerance to bakers yeast I am hoping that I am able to eat sourdough bread.

we have a windmill just down the road from us, and they've now reopened so they can make flour for us all!
