Hot dog hall of fame

My family loves hot dogs, so this seems like a must try while we're at Universal, but they're mostly all-beef, whereas the hot dogs I'm used to are pork... anyone got a UK comparison so I can test my children before we go? (don't want to waste $$ on hot dogs they reject after a bite!)

Thanks

Tesco and Sainsburys usually sell the packet American beef hotdogs.

My son loves hot dogs and we recently visited a market and they were selling beef hot dogs. He took a bite and in the bin it went.

To be honest they don't taste much different than the pork ones.

Its a great place, and I think the chips are the best we have had in the area. I agree with PP that I could not detect any difference between this hot dog or any other we have had. I didn't even know it was beef until this post.

My son is autistic.

He can tell the difference between a small supermarket pizza express pizza and a large one! (The Base is slightly thicker so cooks differently and he doesn’t like it )

He loves hot dogs and has yet to reject any American ones on the grounds they are “different”

One of our favourite fast food eateries, tasty sausage with various accompaniments depending on the type you choose. If you haven't looked at the menu yet you should do so, they sell several different brands of sausages and they even do a 2ft long dog 😳. We're going back to Orlando in the autumn and another visit to the hotdog hall of fame is a certainty.

We really enjoyed the hot dogs here. DH wanted to try them but DD and I aren’t so keen on hot dogs but we tried DH’s and liked it so much we had them too. Didn’t realise they weren’t pork, they certainly tasted good

Thanks all; my youngest is a fanatic, so we’ll try a beef one before we go!
