Hello me again!

There is a slot opened up for next Saturday

If I say bought six items and checked out could I then add larger order to it in week when got 2 x elderly lists ?

Thanks as you can tell never used before all this happened

Yes you can but there is always a risk that the 6 things you add today will be sold out when you alter your order!

I thought if I order now say milk bread fruit etc it keeps the slot until get their lists

We've done click & collect at our local Tesco for maybe 10 years and, as we're both over 70 and Joan has had the "stay home" letter it's been great for us recently.

Joan went on line at around 7am on Friday nine days ago and got a slot for the following Monday.

She stayed on line and stuck a few quids worth of standard staples in the order then went back over weekend and added more stuff right up to Sunday night.

Doesn't guarantee that they'll have it all when they do the order pick though and you may still get substitutions.

I always get a slot add three bottles of malt whiskey to hold the slot and then go back later do my order and remove the whiskey, it's never failed

I do that as well, keep thinking one of these times I will forget to go back and change it and get a crate of booze delivered

When you add items later, don’t forget to checkout again by the time given at the top right hand corner or you will lose your slot.
