Netflix now worth more than Disney
In a bizarre twist of fate, Netflix is now worth more than Disney. When Disney announced Disney+ many thought the new streaming service was going to hit Netflix hard. Instead, Netflix’s stock has hit a record high.
It also shows how badly Disney has been hit by this pandemic. forbes/sites/arielsh...e-than-disney/

We've got Disney+ for a year (was £35) - we won't renew as we will have watched the things we want long before the year is up.
I will be keeping Netflix - had it for a few years and always find something to watch on it. |

yeah, i doubt ill be renewing once the year is up. theres some good stuff, but not enough to keep me coming back regularly once ive watched the MCU in chronological order and all the original/documentary stuff (imagineering story is a must for people on here!)
also, it seems criminal that they have the MCU movies, but not the hulk! surely they could have just paid sony/whoever to host it on their platform for completions sake!? |

I’ve paid for Disney + month by month. I doubt we will pay for more then 2 months.
We are really struggling to find things to watch on it after a few weeks. I do love the Imagineers series and we’ve enjoyed the documentaries but we’ve watched them all now. |

I personally think Disney+ is good value compared to Netflix which charge extra for 4K and HDR.
We still have Netflix but haven’t watched it as much so am not sure how long we will keep it for. There are quite a few hidden gems on Disney+ such as Encore and The Boys. I think the main draw for a lot of people are going to be the new Marvel series which I guess will be delayed due to COVID-19. We do have a new podcast episode out today where we discuss what we have been watching on Disney+ https://www.thedibb.co.uk/forums/sho... php?t=1168167

I only got Disney+ because of the lockdown and it was cheap enough, less than I would have spent out on a Saturday night. It isn't in the same league as Netflix which offers so much more. I have enjoyed the Mandalorian though.
