Mobile How to serve herbal tea?

I’ve been sent some samples of Pukka tea bags. Usually I drink normal tea with milk and I also like Earl Grey with milk. I wouldn’t like regular tea without milk so I’m going to try these without milk and if I don’t like them I may try adding milk, but how do you drink them?

Do you mean teas such as chamomile, green tea, etc? I don't like regular tea without milk, but I take herbal tea without it, often don't add sugar, but if I do fancy a little sweetness I'll add half a teaspoon of honey. So, for me, I add boiled, not boiling water, and let the tea stand for about 5 minutes, then sip, while still hot; I don't like it once it's cooled down.

I mostly only have herbal tea for medicinal reasons and find chamomile is good for a delicate tummy; ginger and lemon, or peppermint for indigestion, and for settling the tum.

I also found chamomile gave me some relief from morning sickness.

I tend to drink lemon and ginger tea and leave the tea bag in. Don’t add milk. I only have a small amount of milk in black tea anyway as I’m not a fan of milk.

I let the water cool for a minute or two before I put in the tea - this is usually green tea. I find this makes it a much nicer taste, not harsh or bitter. I don’t add milk or sugar either. Always drink from a China cup - always tastes better 🤣

I have fennel every night without milk but I do have milk with green tea and Rooibos ( for some reason almond milk goes brilliantly with this).
