Bahama Breeze crab pile

Love the Bahama Breeze crab pile starter, one of my absolute favourites:

As the likelihood of us visiting Florida in summer diminishes, I decided to have a go at making it myself using an online recipe as a guide:

It started off pretty well:

But soon toppled over!

However, it tasted delicious and my husband was a fan - despite not being that keen on either avocado or mango! So definitely would make again

Bit obsessed with 'stacks' at the moment! Bought a couple of cooking rings to help with shaping, and made this for dinner last night:

Smoked salmon, avocado, cucumber and rice.

I have been to Bahama Breeze many times and never had that, defiantly will one day it looks delicious

Looks delicious, i think i will have a go at the crab stack. The smoked salmon one looks delicious as well. Smoked salmon would be my favorite food in everything (pasta, sandwich, salad, topped sourdough) yum yum yum.

My stack toppled over immediately, but it was nice. I didn’t have prawns in mine as they were not on the ingredients so I didnt put them on my shopping list.
