Looking for a top like this

I’d like to get a replacement top for the above (not particularly fashionable I know), but I don’t like to show the tops of my arms so in summer I would wear something like this unbuttoned over smart vest tops.
I have a few shrugs & short sleeve cardigans, but they are not particularly flattering when you have a big tummy like me, so prefer something a bit longer.
The top pictured is a thin jersey material & very comfy to wear. It’s just worn out, has a stain & too scruffy to wear.
If you know where I could get something similar (in white) i’d be very grateful. TIA.

Have you thought of getting some kaftans instead?
They’re so lightweight, I usually pack a few.

Thanks Disneywiseowl, i’ll have a look. I always forget about Amazon for clothes as well.
I recently bought the cardigan below from Lipsy @ Next. They do have it in white as well, so if I can’t find anything else I might have to get the white one!
