Dog Food - what do you feed your dog/puppy?

What do you feed your dog/puppy?

Jessie our JRT is really fussy, she is on Royal Canin Mini Puppy and she's not keen on it now.

Has anyone tried tails.com for the dog food?

No I haven’t, been interested to know what they’re like.

I feed mine James Wellbeloved and Royal Canin Gastrointestinal as he is prone to upset tummy.

I also cook up fresh chicken and veg for him, seems to keep his tummy in nice working order! 😁

Skinners duck and rice or Dr Johns hypoallergenic Chicken and rice (plus what ever the one dog counter surfs and the other dog then steals of her )

Yes I have a monthly delivery from tails.com. I have been getting it fr about two years. I got it made up for one of the dogs but they both have it as they are the same breed and almost the same weight similar although one is a touch bigger.

I sometimes mix the tails.com food with a Royal Canin metabolic food as they are pugs so a little prone to weight gain. I get this from the vet, I am not sure if it is available in a pet store.

They have tails.com / Royal Canin food for breakfast which they like. For dinner, we generally have a big tub of rice, cooked chicken and vegetables made up. If we are too lazy to make it they have tails again, but probably six times a week they have the chicken mix.

We raw feed our westie as he was getting bleeding guts and bad skin on processed food.
We use jack wolf frozen food. And his treats are either fruit/veg/cheese/meat/grain free treats.
It changed his life, and made ours cheaper too lol

Our dog has gone through loads of different ones, he started on Iams puppy food but quickly grew bored of it, have been through more or less full range at Pets at Home, we also tried Tails but he wasnt really nothered and again started leaving it. He has a mixture of chicken which we get fresh and just cook fir him, bits of dried, usually Iams adult now, and some other food,

Poor little tilly has a sensitive tummy. She has wainwright’s turkey & rice dry food as recommended by her vet.
No treats or human food as they upset Her tummy. Must be very boring for her but she eats well and she is a very happy dog and we are always told she is a perfect weight.

We switched to Tails recently as our pup was having almost constant diarrhea
She s been great on it and eats every last bit
You can tailor make it, we chose one for sensitive stomachs
Makes sure you get their weight exact as portion size can really vary

We ordered Tails for our new rescue Florence...she seems to like it and eats it all..she has a mixture of dry and wet.
She was only used to dry food at the rescue center.
