Anthacrite Grey Radiator Needed
The mind boggles over dimensions and BTU's and single, double fins or whatever they may be.
Basically we're having the kitchen started next week and I have a week to sort out radiator, flooring and brickslips So todays mission is order a grey modern radiator. Need it to be horizontal as in normal but want it to be modern and Anthracite Grey. Present raditor is white size 600x900. Thinking a longer one as its going across the middle of the wall. I will upload the photo to show you. All hands on deck

I really like Stelrad as a manufacturer. I am replacing my 34yr old ones as we speak with the same make
Can't fault that for durability. They do a nice anthracite grey range. stelrad/radiators/st...eel-radiators/ So important to get the BTU right but you can find BTU calculators online. Single skin look so much nicer than doubles. (K1 and K2)

So I have worked out I need between 4500 and 5000 BTU so that's a start thankyou.
Off to dredge the internet now to fnd something. Also need thermostats to go with it. Don't really want to be spending a fortune as this bloomin kitchen has already cost us a lot more than we thought. Any recommendations for flooring whilst we're at it? Thinking of Karndean, wood effect as in the mop up photo. Just hoping we can get it all in time.

We bought a couple of anthracite grey radiators from radiator outlet earlier this year. One of ours is tall and narrow, so the opposite of what you’re looking for, but they had lots to choose from and their prices were good. No issues with delivery either. Our kitchen fitters did the radiators and supplied valves etc, but radiator outlet can supply if needed.

We all have favourites ref Rad Valves.
For years I was a Drayton TRV4 fan. Now I prefer Pegler Terrier 3 Lets be honest for the other end a Lockshield is a Lockshield so I tend to get the same make.
