Don't know if it is still the case but people were having better luck via the mobile site (rather than iPad or laptop) last night. Android worked better for us than iPhone. Is it worth double running for a bit to see which one gets through first?

When people said this last night I gave it a test as I pretty much have every device (software dev). Found no difference... Other than the queue number going up
