Reading this back it makes me sound selfish and spoilt and that I am blaming DH for how I feel but I'm really not. I always put myself last in everything I do. I usually put on a really brave and strong front but sometimes I just can't and this last week or so is one of those times.

I feel like that too... like me, i expect you have never told him that ... i couldnt bring myself to say what i want, what i need to anyone about anything, i find talking about myself really difficult and embarrasing. You are not selfish xxxxxx sending you some virtual bubble wrap xxxxx
