Oh and a thermometer and a b/p machine.
No kids at home, and we’re generally not very accident prone.
For children I’d add Calpol, children’s ibuprofen and Piriton. It’s surprising how many parents ring in for advice about their child who is in pain/ has a fever and they’ve not given analgesia for whatever reason.
We don’t recommend antiseptics for minor wounds any more as they can irritate the skin, just clean with tap water.
TCP ! I did not know they still did this! Very strange but I love the smell lol
My mum always used to use tcp on my sister and I when we was small. She also used to have a little tin of Germaline ointment (probably spelt wrong lol), that was pink and I loved that smell too 🤣🤣
We have paracetamol kids & tablets for adults
Ibuprofen kids & tablets for adults
Plasters
And that’s it, the medicine cupboard is packed with all my daughters diabetic stuff so not much room lol

If I had to remove mine from the house I'd need a wheelbarrow to move it.

Thanks all, I shall be making some notes and stocking up on the essentials!
I’ve heard that Pepto Bismol makes a great face mask but I think I’ll give that a miss!
