Printing Error

Has anyone experienced problems printing Microsoft Word documents but can print everything else?

Going to suggest the old faithful IT response - have you tried switching all off and back on again. Quite often this will work. Not sure why your Word isn't printing though. I would sometimes have trouble printing pdf's and the aforementioned trick usually works.

on a previous lap top I had this problem . never go to the root of the problem but always resolved itself with a restart once I had saved the document.
it s worth checking your print Q. if there are other word documents waitnf that haven't printed or havea error the print jobs from other applications may print but the words docs wont.

we had this last night in the end dd emailed it to herself then printed it from there which worked fine
