Wonderful hotel. Three great pools, the opera singers are fabulous, the lobby smells great, staff are friendly and helpful, rooms are nice, bathroom huge, theming is well done.

Only downside is it is hard to get your head around the layout at first but after a bit of walking round you can find shortcuts to all the main areas.

If you like water parks, make sure you use the early opening for Volcano Bay. Regular bus service just outside main lobby - well worth going first thing as it makes such a big difference.

Ask for a high floor, we were put on the ground floor. We didn't know that they had put a party of teenagers in many of the rooms and they screamed the whole night, taking fag breaks out of the exit doors. The next day we switched rooms pretty damn quick.
