Nice that there are still genuine people around.

If I know a customer is well off, I pretend to find faults that aren't there with their electrics to make some extra money. So far we have had a few flights in club as a result of my cons (I am joking it's more the opposite).

I asked you to help me replace the 9v batteries in my smoke alarms and you said we needed the house re-wiring

But the £6,000 I quoted for your rewire did include replacement batteries in the smoke alarms (I don't want people getting the wrong impression of me).
