if i have to buy from the uk (i usually get enough to last me till my next trip in the US) i get it from ebay... there's loads of sellers, just make sure you check out their feedback first

Speak to your doctor about a prescription if you are over 55 and experiencing sleep issues, or some doctors will go off license for younger people with ADHD.
Otherwise you have to have it shipped from overseas - it is not licensed for over the counter or internet sale in the UK and is prescription only for a limited number of cases. |

I brought some back from USA just to help with jetlag, it worked very well. My friend has asked to try them as she is a poor sleeper.
