You could work down this page and it should give you the answer.

And if you do the calculations for the last 3 years (and look at previous tax returns) you should be able to work out any allowance remainig.

But this should be easy work for any sort of personal tax planner.

If you get any quotes i would specify to them that you want your quote to include the cost of providing you with the detailed calculations for the adjusted annual income and carry forward remaining. Once you see how it all works you can probably do it yourself the following year - just checking HMRC for any changes to the rules.
