Disney ticket confirmation number

hi, has anyone else had a problem getting their ticket confirmation number from Thomson tickets, I booked my holiday through Thomsons with Jetsave but my Disney tickets were purchased through the actual Thomsons ticket site as holiday worked out cheaper doing it this way, I asked Thomsons for confirmation number so I could link tickets to MDE, they phoned their ticket website and they were told that they couldn't give me the number until 60 days beforehand, I ended up emailing them myself to ask for it and 7 days later I'm still waiting on a reply, went into Thomsons again and staff phoned again for me only to be told that they release it 64 days before, Ive never had this happen to me until now as ive always managed to link tickets well before the 60 day fastpass time, anyone else had this happen or any advice on what I can do, thanks
