Problem Linking Tickets

Hi I have been trying to link my tickets to My Disney Experience account but keep getting the message “We’re having trouble getting ticket and pass information right now. Please try again.” I have been trying all day. Has anyone else had this problem? Am I doing something wrong?

we were having bother the other day,it wasn't working on our phones,but as soon as i put them through the pc they worked first time,them showed up on our phones.

any clues on how to link my booking made on British Airways online staying at a Disney resort Hotel including tickets to the My Disney Experience site?

The My Disney Experience site is asking for a confirmation number which I am trying to locate

I would appreciate any assistance with this

same here wouldn't work through the phone, pc was fine and all linked.
