Flying from Dublin, end of January?

Booked flights for a good price £410 each, flying from gatwick via dublin on the 24th january.

Happy with the price as direct was coming up at least £100 more each.
Now it's getting closer I'm stressing about the weather then.

Anyone flown that time of year? Delays etc?

We regularly fly around Christmas and to be honest, it's pot luck with the weather. 2010 we barley made it out of Dublin (was actually the last flight to leave) before the Airport closed for 2 days, but that was a really bad year.

Normally the weather is never too extreme here, and Gatwick is one of the best equipped airports, from what I've read, so I wouldn't worry too much, chances of any major disruption are relatively slim
