MDE can anyone help?

On our 3rd trip never had a problem linking our tickets before now. 29 days to go booked with virgin & my Disney experience says ‘sorry unable to deal with you request at this time’ everytime I type in my ticket ID it’s driving me insane!

People have reported problems with MDE within the past few days. Give them a call and check what’s happening.

You need to call and speak to Technical (Internet help desk). They don't open till 12 but should be able to link your tickets. I had to call yesterday. 08001690730

I had to call yesterday, 6pm uk time and waited 30 mins.
Lady sorted it all out inside 5 mins once I got through.
