Omega Flight Store?

First time DIY-ing for May next year, only ever booked a package through a TA. Found flights that I’m happy with the price of Virgin direct going out and through either JFK or Atlanta on the return (says operated by Delta) these are through Omega- are these a reputable company for flights? Many thanks

I’ve used in the past and they were fine for me. Just make sure you triple check that luggage is definitely included and it’s a virgin classic fare on way out.

Booked for May with these also, no complaints from me yet.

Booked the flights and got the email straight away to log into virgin flying club and everything was there waiting for me.

We've used them three times and always got a fab price, and an immediate booking reference to log into the airline. We have had flight changes, but they've been managed well (and were airline changes not TA changes). We always get an immediate email and text notification of any changes

Saw this article in the travel papers to say Omega Travel lost its ATOL licence on 3rd September 2018.

We used them last year as they came out the cheapest, had no problems at all and the booking was fine until we needed to contact them regarding a query with an amendment and they were a nightmare.

We have flights booked with them for December, cannot get through to them on the phone at all, they don’t answer emails. I have ended up ringing the airline direct to check the flights, which thankfully are all ok.
Because we have booked before the ATOL certificate was suspended, we are still covered by it.

Not 100% sure, but I don’t think you can book with them at the moment

They have also had there IATA pulled...

Everyone needs to check Etickets have been issued - otherwise at some point they will cancel...
