Never been challenged/asked about my medication in the years that I've been going to Florida so a bit of overkill I think.

I suppose people take the bit that attaches to the Prescription that shows how many more repeats they can have.

Says we should be carrying prescriptions/dr's note and keep drugs in original packaging.
I think I might start doing this just to be safe and I do neither.
Every day is a school day.
Mmm. Far too many uses of the word 'should' As long as it doesn't say 'must' I wont be doing it.

I take my medication in a tablet tower, a month's worth, it goes into my suitcase but I also put a week's worth in a daily tablet box for my carry on luggage just in case.

Never been questioned about any of it in thirty years.

I will after reading this thread take a copy of my script just in case.

Has anyone here actually been pulled up over this issue?

I also take Naproxen, though in my case it's for lymphoedema. I also take cocodamol for the same reason. Plus BP and anti-depressant tablets! Plus asthma inhalers. Plus I also take antibiotics with me in case I get cellulitis - something recommended to me by my GP - this way I can start taking them as soon as the infection hits, rather than wasting precious time trying to get to a doctor. I actually got an attack when I went to DLP a few months ago - I'm so glad I had them and didn't have to worry about going to a doctor there. My GP surgery has an on line facility and I'm going to print off the list of meds from there - hopefully it'll suffice.

I take an extra prescription as that comes in handy if any medication gets lost or damaged. I have a dr's letter for my epipen as it contains a needle and some of the liquid medication doesn't come in 100ml. I've only been asked for the letter in UK security.
