Disney envelope?
We go in 4wk and 6days.. staying onsite for first 5 nights to get ddp I know we will pick up our magic bands there and have already selected colours etc but will we get the famous Disney envelope with all our bits in it still and when roughly do these arrive? Xx

We booked with Orlando Attractions and still got the Disney envelope and package. Give Mattie a call as I'm sure he'll be happy to help

We have always still received the envelope whether we have booked direct with Disney or through a travel agent so I am sure you will!
Ours has always come 2-3 weeks before hotel check-in date!

thanks everyone - there is hope yet lol
I'm desperate - there was a knock at the door yesterday and I squealed thinking they are gonna hand me an envelope - its was just stupid virgin media! so disappointed lol |

I booked with Thomas Cook last year on site and did not get the micky mail. I politely asked Disney as I really wanted the luggage tags and was told it's only for those booking direct with Disney travel company.
