We had free tickets and even then felt a little short changed! Small kids will love it, but we took ours at about 8&9 (massive lego fans) and most of the stuff was too young for them.

We were really disappointed with Legoland - we thought it would be better than Windsor but it wasn't. It felt like a complete waste of a day. The rides weren't great either. I wouldn't go again!

Its quite similar to the Legoland in Windsor, but a bit smaller. They have an attached water park though. Went there about 6 years ago when kids were 4 and 2 and they really liked it, but not been since as better things to do with your time - i.e. Disney, universal, beaches etc.

I would say 6 is the perfect age.

Similar to the other posters, while Legoland perhaps lacks the grandeur of the 'major' parks, I like it. Calm, relaxed, nice setting and great for kids (and of course Lego enthusiasts).

If you get chance to stay in the nearby Legoland hotel then that's definitely worth it!

Imo - awesome park for young kids. Little to no queues. No stress. A lot like windsor imo - they even have several of the same rides. E.g. Ninjago. Go to windsor that is an hour or 2 in the queue. Florida it is walk on.

The water park is decent too. And even covers off slightly older kids - some pretty intense slides for them.

If tickets are cheap or part of a bundle and you have young kids i think it is def worth a visit.
