We are booked - POFQ next October!

Well, after a difficult year and having to cancel our earlier booking for 2019, we've gone ahead and booked for next October. Due to limited availability at Disney resorts, it was looking like Coronado Springs and TC flights,
however, through Charter travel we were able to get POFQ (our absolute favourite!) and VA direct flights, the Saturday of October half term for only 360 more than previous quotes... so very happy indeed

Total price £6280 for October half term; Virgin flights, 10 nights at POFQ (standard room) 2 adults 2 children (11yrs and 5yrs) Tickets, $100 gift card, MM and QS dining plan.
We are considering the £540 upgrade to full DDP though as we have done before, mainly for the character meals.

So very excited, let the planning (and bank shifts!) commence...

It was our very first Disney resort, we love the theme and general feel of the place. It's beautiful by the river, very relaxing after busy days at the parks. We love the boats to Disney Springs, we also enjoy the short walk up to Riverside. The small size of the resort is also a huge bonus, particularly with small children. Don't have to worry about requesting rooms close to the lobby/ food court or bus as everywhere is close. We found the buses good too, only one bus stop so you board and you are off to wherever you're going. We only shared with Riverside rarely, usually during the middle of the day when buses where quieter.

How exciting, We also love POFQ and will be there again next year, I just love the quaintness of it, The boat to DS, The short walk over to POR, The easiness of the buses.

I’ve just booked 2 nights at French Quarter for next October aswell (20th-22nd) We stayed there this summer and loved it, we weren’t supposed to be doing Disney next year but we were gifted 2 nights and 2 day MYW tickets due to some issues so we’ve used those to get our Disney fix! Disney had to take it from the US allocation as there was nothing available. So happy!
