This also makes great mince meat pin wheels instead of mince pies at Christmas
Ooh, the maple & pecan is making my mouth water! Thank you for this recipe - I’ll definitely be using it - the Christmas version too. I might even surprise DH before Christmas with a mincemeat pinwheel- he loves mincemeat and always says his favourite Xmas food is Christmas Pudding & mince pies.

I also use the same method for savoury pin wheels like pesto and sun dried tomatoes etc
