Sadly I doubt it . I'd say try the bank / card company but the problem is that he's been charged a fee for a service and paid for that service. We all know it's a total rip off but the scammers have provided a service and billed him for it.
I know Watchdog the TV show were looking at it (well one of the TV "don't get done" style shows) so not sure if there's any advice there ? |

And unfortunately many fall for it without realising. He will have agreed to terms and conditions (unwittingly or not)on the site so proving "he didn't realise" may be a problem.
The OFFICIAL site is: esta.cbp.dhs.gov/esta/ |

I've looked at the site there is no contact number or email for us to get in touch with them
And the address is 111 Buckingham palace road london So are these a real company ? Phoned the bank and we have to talk to trading standards on Monday . |

So sorry to hear this. These sites are so easy to get caught by, especially if you google it, they seem to be ahead of the real ones. Good luck and as others have said, think bank is the first port of call to see if they can stop the payment, then Trading Standards.
