Miami hotels

hey peeps so finally booked for next august we fly into miami we land around 3pm so after somewhere cheap nd cheerful not too far away for a overnight before we go up to orlando also thinking of 2 nights in miami before we fly home not too expensive any recommendations

We’ve booked Comfort Suites Miami Airport for the night we arrive.

We are also staying for two nights before our flight home but haven’t booked it yet.
Quite like the look of Margariteville at Hollywood Beach but it’s probably slightly over budget as I’ve already booked volcano bay rooms at Cabana Bay for two nights, a night at the Hard Rock, a premier inn in London AND a villa 😬

So I’m looking for suggestions also! 😉

We almost booked to stay there too, on our way back to Miami airport, but we ended up extending our villa stay instead. It does look really fun. Have you see the new Hard Rock Hotel they’re putting up in Hollywood too. Quite something!

You’re right, my mistake. Should’ve just said Hollywood. We saw it from the turnpike, looks amazing!

The Marseilles at South Beach...stayed here a few times...on the beach and near all bars and restaurants.

We stayed at the Holiday Inn downtown. Nice hotel, handy for the Bayside market place, easy to get around using Uber, loved using the metro mover too. However, next time we go we’d stay in Miami Beach as we didn’t see much of it.

We’ve booked the Tides Inn at Lauderdale by the Sea before our cruise from Miami in February, and Margarittaville afterwards.
