Booking dilema
We have had the BW booked since the 11 month window in a 2 BDR. Unfortunately the SIL has got to under go surgery and will not be joining us on the trip. I am happy with the 1BDR usual for us and thought I could just get the studio part rebooked. DVC have informed me I would have to cancel it all and check availability of a 1BDR. 1st to 9th Nov not a chance is there any way around this or has anyone been stuck in the same situation and had the issue solved?
Otherwise looks like to 2 of us will be rattling arond a 2BDR for the duration.

That is the only way to do it AFAIK. I am surprised MS did not offer to check availability for you. They could have then completed the rebooking, however there is unlikely to be any availability so close to your dates especially at an Epcot resort and at this time of year.

They did offer but I know no chance that time of the year. So looks like me and the DW will be rattling around a 2 bed. At least she will be able to get away if my snoring gets too much.
