Booking a theory test

My hubby wants to book his theory test for a car license ,but when putting in his details
The message tells him he has already passed a theory test ( he did in 2001 but this was for a motorcycle license ,)

This is the reasons he has been told he can't apply

you are not yet old enough to take a theory test
you have already passed your theory test
you are trying to book a theory test for a vehicle that you do not have a provisional licence for


So does this mean he doesn't have to sit another one ? surely motorcycle and car are two different tests ?

You need to apply to the dvla and tell them you can email them or call

The theory tests for bikes and cars are different and you do have to sit the theory test for the relevant mode of transport. I would contact them
