I remember a few years back these being on the backs of food receipts, however they weren't last year but have read they're back again this year. Anyone thats had one, are they only available at certain times of day, locations, restaurants? or all day, every where?

We have had them at the Food Court in Epcot and Colombia Harbor House in the MK. Had them last week and this, I just sling them

However there is method in my madness as until Labor Day there is 20% off with a TIW Card

Do they tend to do these all year round or just in the summer. We go in oct/nov and sure they would come in handy
