Majorca at Easter help please

Has anyone been to Majorca at the end of March beginning of April ?as it’s Easter will it be really quiet and I’m guessing the weather is hit and miss ?

We went once in April but it wasn’t warm enough for us, we couldn’t use the pool and it wasn’t really beach weather. We still had a good time but would probably choose May onwards if we went again.

Usually it is quite chilly around Easter time, certainly the sea would be cold then. We have booked Tenerife for Easter next year, usually a bit warmer there than the Balearics at that time of year

How quiet it is would depend on where you are going. Palma would be ok, the beach resorts would still be quiet, hotels, bars and restaurants would just be opening (and not all of them).

The weather is variable. Air temperature can be in the 20s and sunny though rain is a possibility. Pool and sea temperature will be too cold for most people. Not so many heated pools in Mallorca.

If you're looking more for a nice city break than a beach holiday, it's ok at this time of year.

We've been a few times in April. The locals considered it cold but we found the weather to be quite hot on several occasions. I swam in the unheated pool. We've also been and had rain but it soon cleared.
