1569 Tempo Lane or 1452 Moon Valley Drive, anyone stayed here?

Both villas are at the Retreat, Championsgate.

Not sure which to choose and the main deal breaker is that the second property is less overlooked so it we had noisy neighbours, there would be less of them!

We're staying late August. Is is a very busy time?

We stayed in Tempo Lane but can’t remember the house number. It was overlooked but didn’t really bother us. There was one night when the house next door had a pool party until quite late but only one night out of 14 was ok. We were there in May so perhaps it was a bit quieter. It was a fabulous villa and a lovely resort.
