Thanks to everyone who’s chipped in so far. Another update soon from The Wave I promise.

In the meantime to be going on with here’s one from this morning when I found out Guy Fieri ( I love triple D ) was going to be cutting the ribbon at the official opening of Chicken Guy at The Springs today.

Next up - Dinner at The Wave.

Smoked Turkey

Beer Flight

Seasonal Salad

Chicken Curry & Rice Soup

Beef Short Rib

Filet Mignon

All very tasty with excellent service. If you’re looking for OOP value for money or 1 credit dinner recommendations onsite I think The Wave wins hands down.

Just catching up on your report.

The food at the Palms looks amazing ... my eyes watered a little with the bill though

I love Guy Fieri, just a little bit jelous here. I seen someone post a photo of him on a FB group I'm on yesterday. Will you be trying out the new restaurant?

Looking forward to the rest of the trip, all subscribed now X

Have never been to Hooters 🙄 but looks quite good. Bit cheaper than the Palm. Love the Wave one of the hidden gems.

Sent the kids off to do MNSSHP so we hit Cali Grill for the night.

Blueberry Lemondrop

Negroni and Charcuterie platter

Short Rib

Filet mignon

Grouper

Appetizers were delicious and the mains very good too after they had both been replaced. You can’t tell from the pics above but the filet was delivered stone cold and the grouper nicely colored on the outside but raw in the middle. Apologies followed and new dishes were delivered quickly and correctly prepared.
