Sorry that your gyms are closing soon😫 put all your effort into the last one 💪💪can you not do private PT in your garden or something or could you all do an online class together 🤔
I too missed the gym, but got a kettlebell did online classes along side my running walking & cycling no COVID weight gain for me 🤩🤣🤣🤣

I'm sure our gym will set up the zoom sessions again, it'll be like deja vu from months ago. We are a small gym and we know the PT's well, I feel so bad for them having to close again. But we are strong and will get through I know.
I know my PT will do a program for me and will ask us to check in each week so he still monitors our progress. We won't get off that lightly 😁

I had a job interview today, not totally sure how it went. I think a couple of answers I gave were sketchy, but if it wasn’t for those two questions I’d be fairly certain that I’d got the job. I’ll find out next week apparently, just got to wait and see I guess, but it’s a step in the right direction at least.
