Will Call ticket exchange at Downtown Disney?

With only 17 days to go everything was going well - too well it seems.

I have already received my Disney ticket number/linked to MDE and done fastpasses so all good but then today, I have had an eticket emailed to me for the Disney tickets - I was under the impression I was getting 'proper tickets'

Our first day in Orlando (after New York) we plan to go to Aquatica and downtown Disney. My question is I understand there is somewhere in Downtown Disney I can exchange the eticket (I want to try to avoid faffing about the next morning at MK) but does anyone know what time it closes

I'm sure the answer is on here somewhere but can't find it and haven't paid a lot of attention to will call threads as I didn't think I would need to know

You can do this at Guest Services at Disney Quest on Westside or at Guest Services Marketplace (just behind Arribas Brothers glass shop) near World of Disney.

Hours are from 8:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. on Sunday – Thursday and 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. Friday and Saturday.

We did this a couple of weeks ago. Bit of a queue -took about 45 minutes but she did link our Our bands with our MDE but also gave us the plastic card tickets too - just in case.
