Mobile Tui Villas

So we’ve changed to a Tui Villa due to the TC situation. We were staying at Tuscana Resort with TC. There’s 3 locations of Tui villas, Clermont, Davenport or Haines. Anyone stayed in these locations? What’s there? Also, we’re thinking of upgrading to the villa plus. Are these ok? Really nervous of not knowing where we are staying but made a snap decision 12am Sunday before the prices went through the roof.
Thanks

We have stayed in a TUI standard villa and are doing so again this November.
Perfectly fine.
Ours was in Davenport.

We stayed in TUI standard villa in Clermont in 2017 - The villa itself was ok, a little dated but very clean and comfortable- The layout was perfect for us! Just outside of where we stayed was a Walmart and further up the road was Publix and restaurants.
We stayed in Haines this year down in Southern Dunes (for the second time) and while it is a little further to drive we love it down there.

The areas of Clermont, Davenport and Haines City cover a huge area and just about every rental community west of Disney. You can check the possible locations where you might end up from the Villa Location Map in the menu on the right hand side of the page>>>>>>

As Debra says Clermont and Haines City are at the northern and southern extent of a section of US27 and are 35 miles apart. Davenport is a "generic" name for dozens of communities along a similar stretch of US27 going eastwards to include loads of communities around Champions Gate and even further eastwards.

We always stay at Highgate Park on US27 which is classed as Davenport but is actually about 15 miles from Davenport city centre.

Happy to give any information you like about restaurants and supermarkets within 10 minutes drive of Highgate Park but both Clermont and Haines have their own facilities much closer to them.

We stayed in Southern Dunes with TUI. villa was basic but clean and spacious. The community was a bit far out so we probably wouldnt do AOA again but it was our first villa trip and we had no issues with it.
