Gousto- changing preferences
Hi,
For people who use / have used gousto can you give me some help in updating my meal preferences. We have been ordering 4 meals a week but want to move down to 3 meals. I have updated the preferences section in ‘my gousto’. Have even received an email telling me I have successfully updated my preferences. My problem is that when I go to select my next batch of recipes it still expecting me to select 4 recipes. Am I missing something? I expected it to now ask me to only select 3 recipes. Thanks! Edited at 07:25 PM. Reason: Update title |

I tend to use Twitter or live chat for any queries. Sorry I can't help more.

I thought you could just stop selecting meals at two or three, as you’ll notice that all that changes at the bottom is your price per portion. I think if you just wanted three you just don’t add the fourth meal. I think it stays there as it’s trying to entice you to buy four, by showing you ‘oh look for just a bit extra you can have another meal’! 😂

Thanks both. I never even thought about them trying to entice me to take 4 meals but that makes sense.
