Trouble is I keep looking at things then I remember I am fat and they won't look like that on me.

We all have that problem, I really don�t wear dresses unless I�m on holiday and then I�ve usually lost at least 10lbs. I am at my fastest and unless the pandemic ends and life goes back to normal I can�t see that changing. Don�t be so hard on yourself everyone has put on weight x
